Focus on key features and observe the needs
We keep features to the minimum in our development of Zo Liao. There are many questions that we are asking ourselves.
Are we limiting what we can do?
Do we have sufficient features for people to be interested in this?
Is this value for money?
Chances are people like to have as much features as possible but what happens if we cannot even provide the core feature that we want people to have? What we are trying to do is to have sufficient features to serve our intended sectors and roll it out. We will take in feedback from customer and improve on what we already have and subsequently adding in new features that support their operations.
What’s the purpose of packing in too many features that are not being used by our intended customer?
