Order Lifecycle with Inventory
Manage orders obtain from Sales Channel from UnitySuite Dashboard, UnitySuite Mobile POS or UnitySuite Manager (Android and iOS) app. Orders in UnitySuite will be managed by the following status:
Quotation – Quotation made to customer
Order – Order submitted
Preparation – Order is in preparation
Scheduled – Order is scheduled for fulfillment. Inventory will be deducted.
In Progress – Order fulfillment is in progress
Completed – Order is completed
Cancelled – Order is cancelled
*Some of the status are optional and order status can be manually set by users based on the company individual workflow.
Reporting
UnitySuite Dashboard provides multiple reports to efficiently consolidate orders for fulfillment or tracking sales. All our reports are able to export to CSV.
Payment – This report shows the payment received for the duration based on the payment date.
Orders – This report shows the orders received for the duration based on the order date or fulfillment date. Use this report to track your orders.
Order Fulfillment – This report shows the delivery and self collection orders with breakdown of purchase items and services fee. Use this report to track your orders.
Item Sales – This report shows the items sold for the duration based on the order date. Use this to track your top product sales.
Sales by Customer – This report shows the purchased amount, items and orders based on customer. Use this to track your top customers.
Item Fulfillment – This report shows the items sold for the duration based on the order date or scheduled delivery or collection date. Use this report to prepare the items for fulfillment.
Item Fulfillment (Breakdown) – This report shows the items sold for the duration based on the order date or scheduled delivery or collection date. This report further breakdown the date by time slot. Use this report to prepare the items for fulfillment.
Supplier – This export csv report based on the customer vs the total qty of the products purchased. This report can be filtered by selecting a supplier.
Management Report
The management report consolidates the sales and items purchased based on all the stores in the company.
Store Sales – This report shows the total sales based on each of the stores.
Store Item Fulfillment – This report shows the items purchased across all the stores.
Data Export
Export sales invoice to csv for export to external accounting software such as Xero and QuickBook
